The founder of СО:ZDANIE community, Danila Valyaev, approached us with a request to revamp their social media presence to attract new members. We faced two primary objectives: to identify, engage, and invite potential real estate investors in Spain to an offline meeting in Barcelona, and to create a conversion funnel for lead generation within the community.

What We Did?

We assisted the client in constructing a funnel that consistently delivers qualified leads, effectively achieving the project's core objectives.

Results of our work:

Our designers developed the brand's visual concept.
We've crafted and filled profiles on social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
Within 2 months, we increased the number of targeted leads from 0 to 75, all eager to join the community.
In just 1 month, we attracted approximately 30 prospective real estate investors.
Within 15 days, we collected 105 applications for offline events.


For a period of three months, our responsibilities included managing and curating content for two social media accounts, writing posts, creating engaging stories, highlighting key information, and developing a sales funnel to drive community participation.

Targeted Advertising

Throughout our project engagement, we identified the project's primary objectives, segmented the target audience, developed unique selling propositions (USPs) and offers for each segment, and created advertising creatives.
