Klaus Massivhaus is a developer selling houses directly, without intermediaries, in the suburbs of Berlin. The client approached us to fully revamp their website, launch a dedicated landing page for ads, and set up targeted lead generation campaigns.
What We Did?
We developed two platforms: 1) The main website klausmassivhaus.de to present the company and all of its projects. 2) The landing page klaushausbau.de focused on a specific housing complex, optimized for fast lead collection through forms.
For advertising, we created creatives with different triggers and reached the lowest possible cost per lead.

We developed a landing page specifically for targeted advertising. The structure is designed for fast lead capture: minimal distractions, optimized forms, clear benefits, and focus on price, eco-friendly living, and direct purchase with no agent fees.
Targeted Advertising
We launched Meta ad campaigns to generate leads. Over €5,000 in ad budget was invested during the campaign period. The average cost per lead was €17.33, with the best-performing ad delivering leads at just €10.01.
We tested multiple funnel formats — including lead forms, quizzes, and dedicated landing pages — and experimented with different messaging: price, location, suburban lifestyle, and direct purchase with no commission. The most effective targeting segments were young families and property investors.
Although lead qualification wasn't tracked directly, based on industry benchmarks, the estimated cost per qualified lead is in the range of €35–40. Visuals and offers were tailored to specific audience segments and stages of the decision-making journey.
