The Epil Care chain of aesthetic salons in Warsaw reached out to us during a seasonal downturn when client activity typically slows down. Goal: Revitalize communication, boost engagement, and increase the number of bookings through Booksy while maintaining the brand's premium style and refined aesthetic.

What We Did?

Tested new visual approaches for the Instagram feed, keeping a unified color palette, minimalist typography, and clean aesthetic. Launched series of Reels and Stories in authentic, “live” formats humor, trends, behind-the-scenes, and real client experiences. Created scripts for viral, relatable videos tailored for the Polish audience. Developed a content mix combining Reels, carousels, stories with “last-minute slots,” educational posts, and client reviews. Designed and tested three marketing initiatives, two of which were successfully implemented and already showing measurable results.
