Client

The Epil Care chain of aesthetic salons in Warsaw reached out to us during a seasonal downturn when client activity typically slows down. Goal: Revitalize communication, boost engagement, and increase the number of bookings through Booksy — while maintaining the brand’s premium style and refined aesthetic.

What we did?

Tested new visual approaches for the Instagram feed, keeping a unified color palette, minimalist typography, and clean aesthetic.
Launched series of Reels and Stories in authentic, “live” formats — humor, trends, behind-the-scenes, and real client experiences.
Created scripts for viral, relatable videos tailored for the Polish audience.
Developed a content mix combining Reels, carousels, stories with “last-minute slots,” educational posts, and client reviews.
Designed and tested three marketing initiatives, two of which were successfully implemented and already showing measurable results.
